On the draw panel click pick walls. On the properties palette set the underlay value to 01 store floor. 9 join roofs add opening to create dormer. Click architecture tabbuild panelroof drop down roof by footprint.

Add a dormer to a roof and use the dormer opening tool to cut the opening for it. This tool is located in the modify tab. Move the walls to the dormer. Create the dormer roof and join it to the main roof.
