Get a bottle that has enough liquid in it to soak the whole area of the clothing that you want to remove printing from.
Solvents only work to remove vinyl and rubber prints from clothing.
While they may seem permanent they are not difficult to remove from your clothes.
Removing heat transfer vinyl from a shirt.
You can also look for special heat transfer vinyl remover that is designed to take vinyl lettering off of clothing.
Lay wax paper over vinyl letters.
Removing vinyl from concrete is similar to removing it from subfloor.
Turn the clothing inside out and using a piece of cloth or a cotton ball apply the solvent to the fabric directly behind the iron on transfer you wish to remove.
If you used any chemical to remove a partial area of your design we recommend that you wait 24 hours so to make sure the rest of your vinyl is set again.
Wait a few seconds for the solvent to soak into the fabric.
This only works with vinyl transfers.
Use a soaked cotton ball or cloth to spot test the solvent on a small hidden area of the garment to confirm that it won t damage it.
Start by scraping the glue with a pry bar or scraper.
All you need is a few home appliances and the shirt you want to work on.
Once it reaches the point of looking tacky it is time to save the shirt and remove the decal.
Once you ve successfully removed all the heat transfer vinyl and residue you can go ahead and wash the garment inside out before reapplying your designs.
Removal is simple however depending on the length of time the decal has been affixed to the shirt it may take more than one attempt to peel it away.
Work from the outside edges of the stain toward the middle.
However getting the adhesive off the concrete may prove to be more difficult.
